Come on a Journey to the Birthplace of Yoga

Rishikesh, India

3rd – 13th November 2026

At the foot of the Himalayas,
on the sacred banks of the Ganga.

Welcome to Rishikesh — the holy city where yoga was born.
A place where ritual, wisdom, music, and living spirituality meet.

This journey is a pilgrimage through the land of the rishis —
to the roots of yoga
and perhaps to some of the deepest places within yourself.

How it unfolds

The Beginning: Rishikesh immersion

3 – 5th November 2026

The birthplace of yoga opens herself to you.

From sunrise temple visits to the enchanting Ganga Aarti at twilight, each day becomes a gateway into the heart of India.

We will visit authentic ashrams, including Parmarth Niketan and the iconic Beatles Ashram, and spend time by the Ganga — the great mother of India.

These moments connect you not only with the land,
but with the centuries-old lineage of seekers who walked this path before you.

5 – 11 November 2026

Then as we journey forward and find ourselves in a Ganga dip (the mother of all rivers) where a complete immersion awaits soon after by her banks. An intimate and transformative gathering of people from all over the world, all different walks of life and yoga abilities.

Over five days you will experience:

  • Daily Sattva yoga Journeys with my teacher Anand Mehotra

  • Daily yoga workshops with master teachers

  • Inspiring wisdom talks

  • Sunset kirtan and live music

  • Satsang and sacred encounters

  • Traditional Indian performances

  • Exceptional food curated especially for the Summit

  • Choose your own adventure with multiple optional offerings in each time slot

The Sattva Summit brings seekers and teachers from around the world together in a rare fusion of ancient tradition and living spirituality.

All sessions are held in English

The land of the rishis calls only when you are ready — to meet yourself, the other, and the path. Amidst mountains, rivers, and ancient prayers, you discover that the home you seek has always lived within you.
