    One on one sessions available on request. In person classes are available at Wellness by PP in Warrandyte on Wednesday mornings every week. Vinyasa 1hr at 6:45am followed by 45 min Slow Flow at 8am. Tuesday nights 1hr 30min Breath and Yoga at Hurstbridge yoga and Pilates in Eltham 7:15.
