Nick will be taking care of Bryden’s patients while he is studying in India until just before Christmas!
Nick was drawn into Osteopathy after finding himself trying to recover multiple different injuries while playing a highly level of basketball, football, and volleyball. He tried many different things but his experience with Osteopathy soon turned into a passion in health and fitness and ultimately into the profession itself.
He graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy) and is qualified in Dry Needling and cupping. He has worked as a sports trainer long term with Eltham football club and with Sydney Swans VFL & AFLW.
He uses a structural approach during his appointments aiming to improve functionality and reduce pain to assist patients returning to the activities they love. He believes an active approach to recovery is key and combines osteopathic techniques, rehabilitation education, and lifestyle management advice to achieve the best results.
Outside of work Nicholas enjoys going to the beach, playing golf, staying active, traveling with his friends and exploring new cities. His taste buds often being the key driving factor, always on the look out for the best restaurants… Recommendations welcome!
